Wonderful illustrations.
This is soft bound and has over 106 pages. The last pages are not numbered and are advertisements.
Measures 5.25 by a little over 8 inches.
This is a rare find. As of right now, there is one other on eBay for more than double of my opening bid.
This was discovered in a basement of a huge home built in 1886.
