Vintage Large Ceramic Oriental Ginger Jar Hand Painted Tropical Toucan Jungle. 17" High x 10" Diameter at widest point, Jar opening is 5 1/4" diameter and the jar is 11" Deep inside from rim to bottom. Stunning large ceramic ginger jar or canister, white porcelain/ceramic hand painted in a beautiful array of colors of a jungle scene with praying mantis, toucans, butterflies etc. What an awesome vintage oriental jar! Would make a great decoration in your foyer, living room, den. Could be placed on the floor, or pedestal. It weights approximately 8 lbs, be sure to protect the surface you place it on! Made in China. Not For Food Purpose. For Decorative Use Only. A very small chip on the bottom lip of the lid rim. Some staining inside, can be easily removed with a thorough cleaning. Otherwise very good and clean condition. See photos.
