Vintage Chinese White Cinnabar or Resin Vase w/ Figures in Landscape Decoration

This is a nice vintage Chinese white
cinnabar
or resin vase with figures in landscape decoration. I'm leaning towards the vase being resin but could possibly be cinnabar. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with minimal signs of wear and it comes exactly as shown. It measures 10" tall, it is 4 3/4" at the widest point, the top is 3 1/4" in diameter and the base is 2 7/8" in diameter.
