SCARCE SIGNED FIRST edition of this play written by Garson Kanin (1912 –1999), the famed American writer and director of plays and films, which premiered on Broadway in 1946 and starred Judy Holliday as Billie Dawn and was later adapted into the delightful and successful 1950 motion picture starring Judy Holliday, William Holden and Broderick Crawford
. Bound in the publisher's red cloth covered boards, with black titles. Contents clean and boards square and tight.
In the dust jacket
, which is a bit rubbed and worn, with a couple small chips and tears, some faint toning to the spine and a small unobtrusive stain to the rear panel.
