oriental vase urn embossed signed footed decorative animals chineese

not sure what this is....aquired in storage auction...it is deinetly hand painted and guess by the artist intials on sides and on bottom...could be ML...looks to be oriental men one has a pipe ...handle appear to be dogs as well as one on topper...vase is 7" tall and 10 1/2 tall when topper is in...has 3 footed feet that have faces on them as well...no chips or cracks ...very unique item.....cant seem to find another one like it anywhere.......
