You are purchasing on a Very unique one of a kind prayer book by Joseph Hunt of Dublin. PLEASE COPY THE LINK AT THE END OF THIS DESCRIPTION TO VIEW MANY OF THE PHOTOS IN THIS BOOK . I had over 150 pictures in the description and they all disappeared for some reason . This book is full of hand painted art ,  similar to the ones you see in the 12 photos. .  I will try to put them back in the description but it will take some time and effort . There are 299 pages and the book measures about 9 x 11 inches. There is a table of contents in the rear. The entire book is handwritten and painted by Joseph Hunt. Even the elaborate borders are all done by hand. There are miniatures as well as beautiful calligraphy as you can see. This book may have been done by the famous Joseph Hunt who made playing cards in the 19th century, I am not certain. If you look at some of the elaborate borders in this book, they do have the appearance of the back of a playing card similar to some of the designs that he came up with. This same Joseph Hunt was from Ireland also. Please do your research. This book may be very valuable . There is normal patina from age to the book. The cover is worn here and there as you would expect from rubbing over time and bumping etc.... No missing or detached pages. No tears . Some rough edge wear on a few pages. Some staining / yellowing to pages. Some bleeding pen ink to the other facing page, which is normal for a handwritten manuscript book. Superb artwork as you can see in the photos ! entire book is by hand . Even the elaborate borders are all by hand. Book starts in 1836 and is finished in 1845. All completely by the hand of Joseph Hunt of Dublin.  Some of the photos I put in the description may be slightly blurry, and this is due to the camera shaking while I took the photos. All of what is in this book is very clear and beautiful in person. There are 299 pages, so many photos are not in this description. I put in most of the watercolors and artwork, but many of the handwritten text with the elaborate hand drawn borders are not in these photos, so please keep that in mind
