    For consideration is an original copy of the book Memorial of Charles F. Southmayd Read by Joseph H. Choate before the Bar Association of the City of New York May 14, 1912. The book appears to be leather over soft board. It measures 6” x 9” with 54 pages. Pages are gilt edged. It has prior owners bookplate and name written in front. Book is in fair to good condition. There is wear to the leather with separation from the covers. No torn, folded or missing pages. It has an old book/leather smell.
