Large Antique Book Mark - Family Bible Book Mark

Description

Here is an antique bookmark that measures 11" long and 1 1/8" wide.  It's the type used in a very large book or an old family bible.  I'm not sure what it's made of, most likely some form of bone.  There's a metal decoration at the top that makes it look like it was meant for a religious book or again, a family bible. It's in good condition as photographed, yellowing a little with age but not damaged or chipped.  It would make a very nice displayable addition to any collection.
