Vintage Hua Rong Tang Zhi Mustard Yellow Floral Crackle Porcelain Planter Vase Brass Claw Foot Bathtub Shape in very good pre owned vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no stains. Crackle finish is intentional by maker.
Beautiful mustard yellow vintage crackle porcelain piece. Brass scroll pattern claw feet. Shape reminds me of a bathtub. Pink, purple, yellow and green floral spray pattern inside and out.
Maker and Year:
Exact year of production unknown. The bottom is marked with a Chinese chop “Hua rong tang zhi” (華榮堂製), a manufacturer who produced high-quality, Western-style porcelain for export in Southern China in the early 20th-century. Underneath the chop, in English type, it reads, “Not for food purpose. For decorative use only.” This was a common mark used by Hua Rong Tang Zhi.
