Chinese Zhongguo Longquan Celadon Vase Jar Lotus Flowers 7 1/4"

Description

This is a Chinese Zhongguo Longquan Celadon Vase Jar. It features a chrysanthemum floral design. It is about 7 1/4" tall, the actual opening is 2 3/4", and it is 4 1/4" across the base, and is about 8" across at the widest point. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or any other signs of damage. There is wear evident at the base underneath. The blue four character mark underneath is "China Longquan" and refers to the Celadon glaze made famous by the Longquan kilns in the Zhejiang province in south east China. I believe this dates from the 1960s or perhaps a bit later, certainly vintage but definitely not antique. Please see all pictures for condition and details. Enjoy!
