Chinese Longshan Black Pottery Vases 5.25" Shandong China Neolithic Style + Box

Description

Pair of beautiful Chinese Black Pottery Vases, hand crafted circa 1970.    Unglazed black pottery with original lined box. Impressed Chinese pottery markings on bottom of the pieces. This style of pottery originated in the Neolithic era in the Longshan region of Shandong China.
Each measures 5.25" high x 3" top diameter x 2.25" base diameter
Vases are in Excellent condition - no chips, cracks or scratches.  Box has some age wear and blemishes; hinge is a bit loose.
