  • Condition: You can see definite wear to the dust jacket. A small part of the spine of the dust jacket that has the words “Bibliography of the Writings of” has been glued to spine. Otherwise, the book is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. Provenance, from the book collection of Dr. Temple Fay. (I have two other books from Dr. Fay’s collection that recently sold on my eBay Store, IH Collectibles.) The inscription on this book is dated April 8, 1939, inscribed to Temple Fay and signed by Harvey Cushing (SEE PHOTOS). This was literally signed on the occasion of Harvey Cushing’s seventieth birthday! The subtitle of the book reads as follows: “Prepared on the Occasion of His Seventieth Birthday April 8, 1939 by the Harvey Cushing Society.” The inscription and signature are in very good condition. A terrific book to add to your collection!
