    Description

    "Tumblin Tim and Flyin Flo, Book No. 2" is a stapled softcover published in 1946 by the Acrobat Shoe Company for their sales outlets to give to children brought to the store to shop for shoes. The book, illustrated by Patricia Valleau, is colorful and fun, with a circus theme.
    The back cover of this issue is an ad for Pfeifers of Arkansas Kiddie's Shoe Department in Little Rock, Arkansas. (Pfeifers later became Pfeifer-Blass and finally Dillard's Department Store in Little Rock.)
    The book is about 7.75" by 10.75" in size and has 32 pages. For a 74-year-old giveaway, the book is in good vintage condition. There are a couple of small chips/tears to the covers, pages are age darkened and the book shows it has been handled. Two of the six coloring pages at the back have been colored in but there is no name on the plate at the front.
