First Edition Thus (1933.) 22pp. Folio: 14" X 10.5" Found in 1910 in the ruins of an old cathedral in Antioch, (present day Syria,) along with 5 other objects, the Antioch Chalice is  the oldest known portraits of Christ, the apostles & evangelists. This is an attractive copy of the Eisen/Kouchakji book on all facets of the chalice & other cathedral finds. With a color frontis of the chalice & a numerous photos of details of Christ, St. Peter, Paul Judas, among others, & all the apostles as they appear on the Chalice. Complemented with a bio of Eisen & Detailed text on the Chalice & other artifacts with backround, etc. SIGNED  by the published & Chalice's owner Fahim Kouchakli at the Chicago Century of Progress Expo in September, 1934 on the half-title page. ALSO LAID-IN: the Chicago Expo's Interesting  6 page foldover program on the Chalice & other artifacts from the Hall of Religion at the 1934 Worlds Fair. A very nice copy: book is Fine in a dust jacket with a paper clip stain &1" X 1.5" chip top edge else; a solid VG.;  the Expo Program is Fine. Shipping  with delivery tracking on the lot is .25.
