1930's DEPRESSION ERA REAL ESTATE SALESPERSONS BINDER.
The 3 ring binder has 5 builder books + a myriad of other supplier and builder letters dated in 1932 & 1933. The real estate is primarily related to high end New York  and Greenwich, CT properites. Many of which are likely 7 & 8 figures today given the influence of the finance industry on these areas.
Curiously, these properties for the time are relatively highly priced, but given this was in the throes of the Depression, these properties were all thrown on the market.  Despite the bad times, these properties still were priced in the mid 5 figures and one as high as 0,000 which was a princely sum for the time.
A rare and very ephemeral artifact.
