1887 scarce book on Hawaii Hawaiian volcanoes with foldout MAP Molten Globe

Here is the very scarce book Vestiges of the Molten Globe Part II The Earth's Surface Features and Volcanic Phenomena by William Lowthian Green, with a nice foldout map in the back.
My understanding is that few of these volume 2s were printed and sent to the author in England, so the book is rather scarce.
The map is too--evidently one of the earlier maps of the Hawaiian volcanoes, nicely done and SCARCE.
Book is in somewhat fragile condition. A two-inch separation in the top of the spine where it connects with the front cover. Wear along edges and corners. Front and back hinges cracked but holding. One front endpaper is fully lose, and the first several pages partly loose. Ownership names on first three pages, one from Honolulu. Binding is fragile. It is holding together but in some places the pages appear to be susceptible to breaking from the binding--otherwise only in average condition with wear. Pages are age-toned. The real prize here is the map, which has edge creases and age toning but otherwise is in very good condition.
