Original hard to find 1863 first edition of The Current Gold & Silver Coins Of All Countries published in London UK by Martin & Trubner. An early classic displaying pages & pages of great facsimilies of these early coins. It is a relief format with impressions on a special material that has held the coins realism all these years. A full list spans the front and details & data of each coin is posted. A fine reference book for any collection. Contains 140 pages of these coins and pages have golkd gilted exterior. It is a hardcover book with beveled boards and gold titles and decoration. In good condition for these having a great special quality sewn binding for these special heavy pages. There is light wear at edges of covers and book is clean including inside with no musty odor or stains. Hinges are all very good. Book measures about 6 1/2" X 9 1/2". No rips and no writing except a front inscription from a Jas.G.Adams.
